My idle is around 600-700,I have all the stuff to do mhd but i will raise the idle as a last resort. And when I say hesitation its like a really rough shudder as long as I have the accelerator pressed. I'm not saying this will work for everyone, but a lot of people that have used this method and product have experienced excellent results. When I start the truck the engine runs smooth when in either Park or Neutral but when in Drive the idle becomes rough and verges on stalling.
